  • Be a Pennsylvania resident and possess a valid PA Medical Cannabis (MMJ) identification card
  • Sign our membership agreement 
  • Have a doctor’s recommendation for MMJ for treatment.

The Healing Center/Patient Agreement
The Healing Center, LLC is a licensed, medical dispensary in the state of Pennsylvania in full compliance of all state and local laws and regulations. The Healing Center, LLC places a high priority on the safety and care of its employees and patients. By signing this agreement, you join a group of patients and caregivers who have chosen to work together to improve their collective, health care needs. You must abide by the rules and regulations set forth in your new patient orientation kit.
